Sorry to hear you had that experience with DRS. I can tell you from experience that the counselors I work with are the most passionate, compassionate and knowledgeable group of people that I have ever dealt with who definitely do have a backbone. It is unfortunate that you had that encounter in the community. If you see stuff like this again, I encourage you to contact the office to report what you saw and the description of the person making the comment.

I do not use these services but I was out at the store. I heard a woman gloating that if she starts yelling at the staff, she gets what she wants. I have one suggestion for the staff, if this statement is true, GET S BACKBONE AND PUT YOUR FOOT DOWN! There are people who really need the help, and there are people who are only in this for the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We used to go to the Evanston location until our case was transferred here. Fast service, friendly staff and security guard. Very helpful and above all, FEW ppl compared to Evanston branch.
