        So thankful that we had been referred to Dr. Singhal for 2 of my children. When they were having dental trouble & nervous to be at the dentist we were referred to his office. He and have staff have always been caring a personable. They take time to make sure the children are comfortable & explain things well. They do their best to do what is best for the child to resolve the dental issues the safest and also least traumatic way for them, so that they are comfortable coming into future appointments & not afraid. You can see how they really love kids & working with them.

      We checked our phone call records for last one month. All calls with messages were returned in timely manner.We receive between 50-60 calls a day. We ask callers to leave a message and calls are returned as soon as possible. If your call was not returned, call 847-305-4001 and leave a detailed message.

      Thank you for your review. We understand that we can not meet all demands specially when it is not appropriate for the health of the patient. We always recommend second opinion. We don't know your credentials as a doctor to be able to comment on competency of an educated, credentialed and extensively experienced provider. Dr. Singhal takes utmost care of his patients that is evident from a long list of highly satisfied patients.We also respect your perspective and further investigated your visit. It was brought to our attention that you were very rude to staff. You tried to snatch documents from our staff. Our staff had documents of other patients that you tried to snatch. It not only made staff feel threatened personally but also nervous about safety of other patient's records. We are committed to safety of our patients and do not accept rude and aggressive behavior. We highly recommended that you take another opinion for the treatment. We wish you best and healthy treatment.
