        I usually find what I am looking for here, however I find the employees to be very unfriendly. Recently I was charged more than what the sale sign said, when I questioned it the girl said that it didnt start until the next day. She did give me the price but clearly was not happy that I asked about it. I asked about another price at the register that didnt seem right. The girl didnt know and said the register would do it correctly. I know there was a line and she didnt want to take the time with me. I guess these days the register is always right. I will miss the Joann in Streamwood. It was a smaller store but employed were nice and helpful.

        Lady hung up on me when I called to ask a question about the custom framing hours. Attitude, rude, and very unhelpful. If you hate your job, find a new one!
