I just read the 5 star review from the customer who admitted they had a dirty car and its been awhile since she had her car cleaned and detailed (review from 2 months ago). I too had a dirty car due to not being able to wash and clean it for a long time due to having a parent in hospice. I bought the ultimate interior and exterior wash. The manager on duty was very rude. Instead of taking me to the side and talking to me privately, he berated me in front of 2 customers who overheard everything. Than he proceeded to talk to the other employees in Spanish about me and my car. Management should not berate people and put them down!!! You dont know what Ive been going through in the last 24 hours (watching my father go through the dying process). I did not need grief from these people!!!!!!!!!
