On short notice they came out to the house and water-tested our well. Raw and treated. Explained what the results were and how the matched up to the comps in our neighborhood. Will go back to them for any future water treatment related items.

We moved into a house with a greensand filter. We thought it wasn't working because our water smelled and tasted terrible. We had a receipt that it had previously been serviced by Ronald of AquaPure, so we called him. This was our first home on a well. He suggested buying some potassium permanganate from him and running the unit for a month to see if there was any improvement in our water quality. If there was no improvement after adding the permanganate we would know it was the unit that was defective. Then he told us that if we bought the product by the case it was cheaper , and if after trying it for one month we discovered that the water quality didn't improve we could then dedeuce that the problem was with the unit and he would buy back the rest of the case of permanganate. Well, after one month of adding the product there was no improvement in the water quality, so we knew the system wasn't functioning properly. Ronald had quoted $1300 for a new system. My brother-in-law works for Culligan so I got a new system that doesn't need chemicals for $600. So I went back to Ronald with the unused case of permanganate to sell it back to him, because he said he would buy it if I didn't need it, remember? He pretended like he didn't know what I was talking about. "Why would I promise to buy back [product]?" Is what he said . So now I'm stuck with five containers of potassium permanganate that I have no use for . That guy Ronald is a crook. I suggest you not do business with him . As I stated at the beginning of my post, we had just moved into the house in 2014, so his first two service calls in 2006 and 2007 were for the previous owners.
