        Treat there employees like their nothing. Over 10 Packers got hurt in 1st quarter of 2022. They make 1 packer do the work of two. Super high amount of employees quit daily and weekly at fischer. And Operators run 2 to 3 presses with no extra hourly to show for it. And management has no clue what their doing. Communication is at all time low.
