Above The Mess Cleaning

Hi Joyce, it’s unfortunate you feel we did a one star job at your home. You were priced at $180 an hour for a move out cleaning for 3 people. Despite you’re claim that you only received 2 cleaners, my team and team lead confirmed a total of 4 people were in your home (3 cleaners and 1 carpet cleaning specialist)You had capped your clean at 2.5 hours and gave the crew a list of importance which was followed meticulously, leaving only one bathroom and baseboards in your basement left to be finished.You confirmed with us that we could come back and finish the home, this would obviously increase the price past your request 2.5 hours. We can not work for free.Two team leads did a walk through separate from each other and confirmed the quality of your clean, so not quite sure what you had left to clean up. Aside from the freezer, which we can not clean unless it is unplugged and thawed out, which it was not.As far as the value, you were given a heavy heavy discount for bundling our carpet cleaning service, more than 50% discounted. Nothing was mentioned in the booking process about furniture remaining in the home as you had stated that you had moved from the property. Moving of large furniture (dressers, sofas, etc) is an extra charge and when prompted about this, you directed us to leave them where they are.It’s very unfortunate you decided to write this review instead of communicating with me, as we would have done everything in our power to help mediate the situation.
