When I first hired this company to remodel my bathroom and repair some water damage they seemed great. They were reasonably priced and said they could complete the job in 1 1/2-2 weeks. It took almost 3 months. Corey did questionable work and when asked to fix it tried to blame us or "the way the house was built." He installed the shower tiles incorrectly. They were unevenly spaced and gradually started sticking out further as you got higher on the wall. When we pointed it out, Corey said it as because the wall was crooked... but he built the wall. When we asked them to redo the tile, Julie tried to make us pay for replacement tile. We had to fight them on this, which delayed the timeline even more They did eventually pay for the tile. After we complained about that one thing they became less responsive, and more combative any time there was an issue. I took off work to let in their subcontractors, but then they would only be there for an hour or two because they didn't have the right supplies, wasting my very little PTO. Overall the communication was not great. We never knew if they were coming or when until that morning or the night before. It was pretty unprofessional. At the end of the job some of the work did not look great, and not all of the job was complete, but they wanted to be done and honestly, so did I so we paid them for the work that did get done and went our separate way. Overall, it was a pretty awful experience. The final product is ok but not great and we had to fight and deal with their unprofessionalism to get it even ok. I do not recommend this company.
