I'm not a fan of CAR-X, period.. Always vague feedback and never a service tech to do what you need done. I have been to multiple locations and it is always the same.

They are an official location for the state of Illinois emission check program. Staff is very courteous and the wait time was minimal. Beats driving the 30 minutes each way to the next closest facility.

I got new tires somewhere else & came here for a wheel alignment. they made me wait for an hour & a half (from a scheduled appointment) to tell me I didnt need a wheel alignment. I took my car elsewhere & they indeed suggested a wheel alignment. Its quite disappointing as I have been coming here every couple months for an oil change.
