Terry Lyons represented me on a real estate transaction in Antioch on the chain. We had concerns on the property as the home had not been lived in for years for and it had a septic system. Terry was very knowledgeable, gave good advice and successfully negotiated a septic escrow to ensure we were protected after we moved in.
