Paid them 290 dollars for a pool opening when in reality I paid for sand and a few bags of shock. Never again. Picture is after they left. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I first contacted Jo-Co pools about replacing my above ground pool liner on 5/8/23. After a brief phone call i was given a quote and advised they have all above ground pool work done by the 4th of July. I had no issue with the timeframe as long as it would be completed. I was told I would be receiving an email by the end of the day with a contract. Fast forward to 5/17/23 and no email. I called that day and was advised i would receive the contract via email by the end of day. Once again no email was received. On 5/26/23 i sent an email requesting a contract as at this time i was losing faith that it would be completed. I received an email that day with no contract but instead asking if i still even wanted a contract and asking for all my pool information i had already given the first time i called. I replied to the email on 5/31/23 stating i still wanted a contract and voiced my concerns with the lack of promptness in communication. No email response and it had been 5 days and at this point i had enough. I found someone else to replace my liner for half the price and will be here to do it within the week. I sent an email 6/5/23 advising no longer interested in doing business with them and my displeasure in their customer service and communication and almost instantly received an email back apologizing and actually being rude implying I didn't give them enough time in getting a contract ready when it had nearly been a full month. Do not recommend anyone to give them your business.
