We purchased a liner through Atlantis Pools and they recommended Los-teks. Mario agreed to install a pool liner in April this year. There were several no shows and an attempt the wrong address (after which they just moved on to the next job). Finally Mario's team arrived to install the new liner. Once the pool was full and we got in it the first time we realized that the bottom was completely uneven. There are divots throughout and some areas where the floor sticks up. I text to ask if he could fix it, he said yes---continue to use it and when things slow down they would be by to fix it. After that, every time i call or text I get no response. Finally, 3 weeks ago I tried calling from a different phone number. He answered right away and said they would be out with tanker trucks to empty the pool and fix it. I haven't heard from him since. He has made it very clear that he will not be fixing this or compensating us for the poor job his team did.

His crew installed our new liner on June 1st. It's full of wrinkles and has a 1-2 inch gap that is about 15 feet long in the foam board - unusable. Mario agreed it was done wrong and agreed to fix it on June 16th. I drained the pool again, picked up new foam board and 2,000 pounds of sand and WAITED for someone to show up. I called him and he said the crew was on their way, they'd be here in 15-20 minutes. An hour later when I called and said they weren't here Mario hung up on me. Of course, he cashed my check. I don't have a usable pool and I'm out the money I paid him.

Unreliable and unresponsive. They came 2 days late to install the pool after no-call no-showing on our scheduled date. They then broke the pump and NEVER came to fix it. They cashed our check and stopped responding. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and leave you with a non-functioning pool. Watson's told us the company name is 'Don Cairo Pools' but we made their check out to Los-Teks... pure shadiness
