I had a granite counter top put in 3 years ago...after 1 year it has 3 chips in it. I spoke to Brian several times he said he would come out and fix it. It now has been over 6 months since the last time we spoke and i just spoke to him and I was verbally abused on the phone and hung up on. He said he didnt have to fix it there is no warranty on his work. He said im running half staff and because of covid he is behind. I can understand that but not the attitude.
I would not recommend them at all. Very poor customer service.

Had a little problem with counter top and sink mount
They said they would come out when in area
They resolved my problem in about 2 to 3 weeks
They cleaned up what ever it was and repaired
Would I use them again
Yes I would

The counter tops look good, but the sink repeatedly becomes unglued and is again falling into the cabinet space below it.
ProSource only warranties their work for one year, so any problems that you have after that due the their lousy workmanship is just too bad. You're on your own. Find another company that will first do the job well and right, and second will stand by their workmanship and repair problems that occur due to their staff not properly installing in the first place. Or you could always just keep paying them to come back and repair your sink.
If I were not having this repeatingly falling sink, I would give them 5 stars.
They do excellent granite work, but sink installation is poor.
