When trying to find a place to move in, Lana was very helpful and understanding and she also helped me get in right away. She also very realistic about every aspect of the apartment, also very helpful when it came to showing me different units. Lana is definitely the right person you want to help you when it comes to the best fit for you and accommodations.

Lana made a very stressful moment for me and my girls very stress-free. She answered all of my questions very quickly and she didn't make me feel like I was bothersome. I appreciated the tour. The place was clean. I would recommend Orchard Estates and Lana to my family and friends.

Lana was accommodating from my my tour to move in date making everything easy and stress free! The complex is very clean and quiet with hard working people. Very happy with my transition.

Our experience was totally the opposite,my husband and I reached out to Victoria a few weeks before we were prepared to move and she kept in touch reached out to us when 2 bedrooms became available,we were approved the same day,everyone l spoke with was very helpful,were loving our new home!! Well that was a year ago what a difference a year makes the management or whatever they consider themselves SUCKS!!! neighbors over us are noisy as hell,you would think that if you contact management they might act like they give a damn we were told theres nothing l can do about loud music,tenants can play theyre music as loud as they want If you want peace and quiet dont move here,but,on the other hand if youre ignorant and could careless about neighbors around you,THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! I hate it!!
