He was quick and we were back to clean drains and no water back up. Thanks again and also he came out the day after Thanksgiving I thought I would not find anyone to come and fix it and he was here within an hour of me calling. I would recommend o&I to anyone.

Very pleased with service from Patrick with O&I. Very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. I was very curious on how my system worked, which Patrick took the time to break it down and explain it to me. Super neat! I will be using them again in the future.

After 8 years of not touching our septic we stared having some issues. Within 24 hours Patrick was onsite to evaluate what was wrong and fixed it! He and his helper were super nice and extremely knowledgeable, even giving us maintenance ideas to prolong our septics lifespan. Great company Great people, wont use anyone else ever again!
