Never buy from this place. Complete scam artist. They will make the car good enough just to get off the lot. Bought a 2013 Escalade from them. Owned it for less then 9 months and have have to replace the shocks, struts, ac, lights, brakes, and finally have to replace the complete engine. Mechanic told me he had never seen an engine like this before. They had replaced one cylinder just to get it off the lot the engine is a complete scrap. Makes sense why they pushed so hard to get me to buy that day. Never buy from them

I'm so sick of all the bad reviews from this dealer.I can guarantee you it's from customers who could not get it there way. It's not fair the customer can complain and say what they want and the dealer is silenced. Spend a day at any car dealership and sell cars you will look at reviews different. A customer walks in all excited and it turns out he has never paid attention let alone a bill and now the dealer is the bad guy. Find a car you like and I promise you they will take care of you.Make your own judgements in life not others negativity.

6/14/23- This is in response to united auto exchange responding to my husbands review (Tom Hohenzy). You are completely lying to the public. To start, you have not reached out at all. We didnt put 13,000 miles on a vehicle we just purchased 9 months ago. I drove the 2013 Escalade and Im a stay at home mom that only used vehicle to transport kids to school and their extra curricular activities. How would that equate to over 13,000 miles driven? Also, the Hyundai we traded in, was brand new when we purchased it with warranty, had no problems and did not require a new motor. Only reason we traded our previous car was to have a larger vehicle because we were expecting our third baby. I was pregnant while purchasing Cadillac and you guys sold us a non reliable vehicle!! We checked out the carfax for our previous Hyundai too and YOURE LYING!! Yes, we could have bought extended warranty, but there are so many problems with vehicle that you knew about is what is the problem not me not purchasing extended warranty. I never write reviews but I had to say something so hopefully no one has to deal with what we have dealt with.
