Good honest people, they removed a tree and stump for me. During the clean up , the truck driver pulled the truck into my driveway damaging it "too heavy for asphalt " The supervisor Jorge immediately got me to show me what happened. They took the damage driveway amount off my bill and we moved forward. I would definitely use again and reccomend. Very honest people and pricing .

J&S did a fantastic job with our tree removal. They planned the job very well, responded to my inquiries right away. They also got the job done in record time. Cleanup around the yard was very thorough. I am pleased with the work done and would recommend them to others. The only suggestion I have is to ensure they know the proper route to move branches around the yard. The grass was wet during our job and some workers traveled through the neighbors yard which was not ideal. I should have communicated this on the front end. J&S came to remove a larger pine tree from the front of our house. After they completed the job we noticed a whole had been punched in the vinyl siding where the stump grinder had been. When we called to make them aware of the issue, they refused to discuss it or take any responsibility for the damage, nor would they cover any part of the expense to have the damaged siding repaired, even though they claim to be insured against this type of issue. They had the nerve to yell at me on the phone and tell me we caused the damage to our own siding! Horrible to do business with and terribly unprofessional. Find another company for your tree service needs. J&S cannot be trusted to stand by their work. Services: Tree stump grinding, Tree removal
