Wasnt sure they knew what they were doing. Was told batteries were undersized for what I was using them on yet that came as a package from Lowes. Took my saw to check out so I have to drive back to pick it up. Tried to use there warranty line on phone for 3 days but got no where. Not what I expected from a company like this.

the worst phone system set up ever. Called to order a part for my new dewalt planer and got a person who I could hardly understand because english certainly wasn't their first language. Then I get extended to someone who is supposed to be able to help me and I get sent to a customer survey line for some reason and can't get out. Call again, get the same person who says she is extending me again and have been on hold ever since...now 15 minutes with no one yet. Nice job Dewalt- WILL NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN

Took my impact in bc the hog ring wasn't holding the sockets anymore. I work on lifts and ladders so can't have it falling off. Well they didn't have a replacement but they are shipping it to my house. Last time I got it in only a couple days so I'm not worried. The person that helped me was very nice and took care of the situation right away.
