I had a pipe burst in my home due to the cold weather. I called a number of places but quality was the only business that called right back and gave me a reasonable time of arrival. The technician Kevin was exceptional. He found the source of the breach quickly and despite the pipe being in a less than optimal location to make a repair, he was able to make adjustments and was able to repair the pipe and restore water to my home. He also provided suggestions to insulate the exposed wall area as the cold weather has yet to abate. I am very grateful. and would highly recommend Quality Plumbing Services to anyone seeking prompt, efficient and quality plumbing services. Also a big thank you to Kevin for his superior work.

They were the 4th company I called for the same problem in six months. I knew this was most likely just another step in the cycle of insanity. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!!!! The young lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and quickly realized I was at wits end. Scheduling was very fast. The guys that came out were Scott and Wally. They were amazing and fixed the problem quickly and extremely neatly and I am confident I won't have the same problem anytime soon. I was also extremely comforted and impressed with the time Scott took to explain everything to me and let me know that a lot of what others told me needed to be done actually didn't.

Called this company with an emergency issue; we had two clogged toilets. Wally's team used their expertise to solve our issue and I can truly say they have a customer for life now. I cannot express how helpful Wally's team was tonight; truly saved my life!!!
