Are zero stars possible? We are a new tourism company that like any new business is trying very hard to generate sales. Our experience with CTM Media has been a money losing nightmare! We are new to the industry a yes a bit gullible when it come to tourism but understand the process of using data to track our sales. We were given the old sales line of, "If only 1% of the flyers yield a sale.................blah, blah, blah." Shame on us for believing this sales pitch. We had a dedicated phone number on the flyer just to track the results. We paid CTM to print 5000 flyers and received 2, yes two phone calls and 0, yes zero sales all for around $4000.00 ! When we physically went to check to see if the cards were being displayed as promised we didn't find in 3 different locations. When we complained about it we were connected to a manager who was reading from a script and told us that we had over 12,000 certified flyers distributed throughout Chicagoland. We asked him if he was positive that the 12,000 number was correct and he "double checked " and replied, "Yes." Very interesting that we paid for 5000 flyers and received 7,000 free of charge? Regardless, if they did or did not distribute and extra 7,000 flyers for free our results remained the same. Zero sales and two calls from 12,000 flyers. We tried in good faith to work out a compromise and never missed a payment yet have been turned over to a collection agency. We will be retaining legal counsel to resolve this matter with this CTM Media. Our net loss in the $1,000's buyer beware.

BUYER BEWARE! Our company bought 5000 flyers that were distributed throughout Chicagoland with a dedicated phone number for CTM Media flyer only. We received ZERO SALES and TWO PHONE CALLS from this phone number. We also receive demographic data from all of our guests. Of the over 500 guests we served in the time period again ZERO SALES were attributed to CTM MEDIA. When tried to communicate our displeasure and lack of results from CTM to the sales person and management. I asked the Chicago manager, I believe his name was Joe? How CTM verifies delivery as our company flyers were missing at three different physical locations that we checked on in person? We were told their computerized system which included GPS and photo verification was used on our 12,000 flyers that were distributed? Are you sure ? Could you please recheck your information I asked. Yes my information is correct the manager replied. INTERESTING that our agreement was for 5000 flyers yet they distributed 12000? Where did the extra 7000 come from? Regardless the rate of return remained the same ZERO. We tried to receive a discount as we stopped the program in it's third month (prime tour season) and were making monthly payments but have still been turned over to a collection agency. We have since filed complaints and suits with state and local agencies. This company has provided our new business with a nightmare experience.
