Im very happy and highly satisfied with the care I received fro my nurse Melissa today babe was Awesome atexplaining what she is doing with my wound care and orders anything she needsAnd she anticipates what our care needs will be and makes sure she orders ahead everything that we need. Ill say shes really on the ball, is very experienced and highly skilled plus always on time even after a snow storm she represents Family Home Health very professionally and has helped me a great deal. Gives me very positive thoughts about the entire organization. As everyone has been helpful. With my home care experience Top Job 10/10.

Nightmare! I read previous reviews which are 4-5 years old, I can tell you nothings changed and they must not care or they would address the issues.The lack of communication from the office to the home health care workers then to the patient is completely unacceptable. Everybody is flying by the seat of their pants, the phone rings and someone wants to come in 15 minutes. There is no set schedule for the week so you are getting calls continuously from each of the various health care workers to schedule their time yourself. More calls to change the time when something comes up. Overlapping schedules, incomplete information no returned calls to the office. I did finally reach a manager who asked me what I wanted her to do about it. Incompetent company that have peoples lives in their hands. They treated my 88 year old aunt, the  therapist that came were nice and professional but there's more to home health than that. Visits that were expected based on her initial evaluation stopped abruptly weeks before we were told it would end. Plenty more but suffice to say...use another company with a good reputation. BTW if you have a family member in Alden and they refer you to FHHC at discharge it's because THEY OWN IT. Check out their rating on BBB.
