Optimum Construction recently completed a full basement and primary bathroom renovation in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations. Eric and Jack demonstrated professionalism and great expertise right from the initial consultation. They took the time to understand our vision for these spaces and create exactly the designs we imagined. Their communication was excellent throughout the project. They kept us informed of progress, addressed our questions and concerns promptly, and completed the work within the agreed-upon timeline. Their price was very reasonable. There were no surprise costs or problems -- when small design issues did pop up, they were wonderful at troubleshooting to find solutions that would make us happy. Eric and team did a fantastic job on our upstairs remodeling. Eric was transparent and very professional. The workmanship was top notch. The team was on time and approached the job as if it was their house. The team was neat and cleaned up after every day. We are very happy with the project and plan more work with Eric and the team.

We hired Optimum to remodel our kitchen. Jack and Eric did a fantastic job. From developing a plan within our budget to executing it on time. They were very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and concerns. Excellent quality work. Living in a house with 2 little kids while being remodeled is very difficult but they did all they could to make it bearable and stress free. Strongly recommend.
