Franklin Properties and its great staff made it possible for me to move into one of the finest locations in DuPage county (Itasca) in early 2022, timely working with me to make a smooth transition into the desired beautiful location Im enjoying today! My move in was actually one week earlier as I requested as they worked hard to make it all possible, a gem! Excellent, responsive staff for any request, friendly and accommodating for any amenity. I absolutely love my modern design, clean and aesthetic apartment and its lovely location close to everything! Franklin Properties is the best property management company Ive ever rented from. The office staff is wonderful to work with and always responds to questions in a timely manner. They are very personable and really want you to have the best rental experience. The application process was quick and painless and had a lease for review within 24 hours. Property is well maintained and laundry room and hallways are always clean. In our building, there is storage available, which is a huge plus and hard to find with apartments today. Maintenance staff is quick to respond and easy to contact via Franklins web app. Buildings are quiet and have met many long term tenants since we moved in. Our building is non-smoking, which was a plus for me. TONS of natural light in the apartment too which is a nice change from our former apartment. Definitely worth taking a tour of one of their properties. Highly recommend.

Franklin Properties has been one of the easiest rental companies I have had the pleasure of working with. Any issues that arose have been completed quickly and respectfully. Building is kept up to date and well maintained. Definitely will continue renting from them in the future.

We have been renting in Bensenville for 1 year, we are very comfortable with the cleanliness of the building, the people are very friendly, the security, especially the neighbors, is very good. Without a doubt, maintenance has been fine when called for a problem. The staff is very friendly. We recommend. very good place to live
