        This place is trying to rip people off come on now $28 fee for a one time credit card payment. Not to mention that they are only open on Tuesdays from 10-3.

        REALLY GOOD PEOPLE WHO USE TO OWN THE VAULT STORAGE UNITS IN TWIN FALLS IDAHO ON WASHINGTON ST BUT SINCE THE NEW OWNER TOOK OVER CAN NOT SEEM TO MAKE UP THEIR MINDS OF WHERE THE OFFICE IS GOING TO BE AND THE OFFICE IS NOW ONLY OPEN 1 DAY A WEEK AND IT MAKES IT INCONVENIENT TO PAY MY STORAGE PAYMENT EACH MONTH BUT OTHER THAN THOSE FEW FAULTS I WOULD SAY THAT YOU CAN STORE YOUR THINGS IN YOUR STORAGE UNIT I HAVE NOT EVER HAD NOTHING COME UP MISSING OR GONE THROUGH SO I CAN PUT MY MIND AT EASE WITH KNOWING THAT MY THINGS ARE SAFE

      Hi Fernando, I completely understand your frustration with the convenience fee charged to credit card payments (we were frustrated as well when the company we used decided to increase it). Though I want to assure you we receive no part of the convenience fee. While only open on Tuesdays, you can reach me 6 days a week by phone and I respond to all voicemails when I am unable to answer. -Kevin

      I understand your frustrations with our moves, unfortunately when we took over management of the facility there was no office space available for our use though we moved back as soon as one did become available. While we are only open 1 day a week I am available by phone 6 days a week and happily meet at the units at a time that works for both parties. I am very glad to hear that you feel your items are secure at our facility! -Kevin
