        The staff is always friendly at this location. However, I was disappointed by my interaction with the owner, which negatively affected my overall experience at this location. From the moment I walked in the owner, was acting annoyed, didnt acknowledge any of my requests, and even rolled her eyes when I asked her a question. I expressed my feelings at the end of my appointment and emphasized how disrespectful the treatment was.I hope the feedback is taken constructively so that future experiences can be improved.

        Im always able to get in quickly and have my nails done well and efficiently. I had an issue with the gel this last time, but they rectified it for me the next day, no questions asked.

        This place is A++. Turned my old thick acrylic brick nails (done by a different local shop) into these gems that are also acrylic but are so thin they feel like my real nails. Thank you Nails Plus!
