Family Health Services

I'm glad I don't have to go to Saint Luke's. Thank you Family Health Services! I have a doctor who cares about my health and not what I can or cannot afford with medications. He allows me to think for myself and have an opinion. I'm pretty sure he sees me as an equal human and I am so grateful for his kindness and effort.

My primary physician Dr. Elinor Johnson is great! Super easy to communicate with and takes the time to listen and in depth answer any questions I can have during visits. My OB Dr. Cathy Canty amazing! has answers to every question I possibly have, very accessible and available to respond to my questions and needs. Highly recommend both providers! Nurse Alma Perotto super friendly and sweet always on point with reaching to inform about labs. Front office helpful and friendly, overall 388 clinic is great!! 5 stars

They don't communicate or got their s*** straight they should be sued for malpractice!!! I've been going for almost 6 months now and each time, I'm left over and hour in the room and they come and all me what they are supposed to do let me see your files and go through all the stuff we haven't even completed yet, and do your job for you!! Can someone learn to put correct notes or whatever else needs to be put in the files already?? 6 months of going and miss in formed on anything they have required or done... And majority it's still waiting to be done, 11 month later.? I asked for a referral for Psychologist named Brownell. And they got me a referral ,weeks later for substance abuse with someone else because of court I'm not even in court, and never needed substance abuse therapy!!I need a damn mental health exam!! Now I'm waiting who knows how long to be on the bottom of list and wait again for Brownell.... To be accepted! Update Still waiting3 months later

I went in today because I had pressure in my lower abdomen, and I was extremely concerned. The receptionists were professional and nice. The doctor that examined me, Amanda Luckock was extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time. I wanted to ask her about another symptom Ive been having, and she said she doesnt have time to answer every question and that if I was really that concerned that I should make another appointment. It just sucks because I can really only come in on the weekends And, Unfortunately, any weekend we go in shes always there. Me and my family have never had a problem with anybody else There. Its Just this one doctor ,Amanda, that makes the entire appointment uncomfortable, wierd, and unwelcoming. I hope whatever she has going on in her life it gets better.
