I really appreciate them jumping on my issue and dealing with the insurance company. They are never easy to deal with but David and his team stayed on it so we can get hot water again.

Edit: I changed it from 4 to 3 stars, because many months later they were still calling me and sending me invoices for the cost of the repair, when I paid it in cash to the repairman right after the repair. It took me at least four times of talking with them before I got someone who was able to solve it all in 15 minutes. It seems about half the staff are 5 stars, and the other half are 1 star. Its just a gamble who youll get to help you. Original: The only reason I took off a star was because of some of the contact issues and confusion, as well as the customer service on the phone being a little rude at times. However, if you can get Andrew to do your inspection and repairs, do it! He was professional, kind, helped me understand the issues, and then later fixed everything as fast as he could while still doing a very good job. Service: A/C system repair

Got an original estimate from plews for $700-$800 to hook up a system that I already purchased and owned, the plews team streched it into a 3 day install. Showed up late and left early both days charged me almost 4 grand for it all said and done. They also dont have an electrician on their staff so I had to go out and hire an electricianto wire the thing up on top of it all costing me even more. To be clear, i don't think I was "Scammed" in the traditional sense, but they were not up-front about the cost of the project beforehand, they were extremely liberal with the hours they charge for, and the on site technicians were uncannily slow, and spent a lot of time just hanging out. I won't sugggest that you avoid working with this company, but If you do want to hire them I would advise you to get your bid in writing beforehand, so nothing unfortunate happens to you like it did with me.
