My husband and I built our dream home in beautiful Kanaka Rapids in Buhl with James Ray Construction. We lived in Meridian during this time and Dakota Ray and his team made this the easiest building process weve ever had. (Our third build). Their customer service is UNBEATABLE! There was great communication and no unexpected surprises. Bailey helped so much with our color choices and our cabinets that I cannot thank her enough. Ryan and Kyle, we couldnt have done all of this without your help too. Thank you so much for building us the home of our dreams on the land of our dreams. We could not have done this without you guys.

I had an outstanding experience working with James Ray Construction to build my new house. My wife designed the home of her dreams, and James Ray Construction drew up the plans. Despite being located out of state, I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. James Ray Construction proved to be trustworthy, reliable, and true to their word. This was the 3rd home I have built. I interviewed 6 builders and based on JRCs reputation and the recommendations of local land developers and tradesmen, we made the right decision. The communication was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went with minimal supervision on my end. The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations, resulting in a home that we absolutely love. I highly recommend JRC for anyone looking for a builder who not only delivers on their promises but goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. If I could give them NO stars I would. The quality is horrible.. had issues and they wouldnt respond.. they waited until the year warranty was up, then they responded and said it was too late. Problems with flooring, electrical, windows leak, and many other issues. My neighbors had James ray build their houses and theyve had nothing but problems as well.

They were great to work with when building our home. We had a problem come up after and we have called, texted, left messages and neither James Nor Victoria will reply. I always recommend them but I think I will stop doing so.
