        Absolutely terrible. I came in to order some shoes, after my order was completed and orders for delivery I realized Monica had ordered the wrong shoe. I went back to the counter to show her and she insisted it was the right shoe and told me to wait until it was delivered and if it was wrong to bring it back and return it. It was wrong, and I knew it was wrong from the beginning. I dont understand why she wasnt able to cancel the order less than a minute after it was placed and why she insisted they were the right shoe when I know exactly what Im looking for. She verbally confirmed they were the correct shoe, flashed her computer screen to show me, ordered them, and when I realized it was wrong wouldnt cancel the order stating I can come back and return them later. Extremely unsatisfied and will never step foot in a buckle again.
