I live in CA and my niece lives in Twin Falls Idaho. It was her birthday and I wanted to have a cake delivered to her. I found Sierra @ Clarke Confections and I found not only a fantastic cake baker/artist but an amazingly warm woman with a big heart. She UNDER promised and OVER delivered on her product. She treated us as if it were her own family. My sister died awhile back and my niece was upset as she didn't get her mom's traditional chocolate birthday cake. I used to own a Bakery myself and I am sadly very critical when it comes to confections. I will reach out to Sierra every year so my niece can get her special chocolate cake. Thank you Sierra....you are a gift from God!

Yum!!! The pies were great, my wife loved her pecan pie! Got exactly what I asked for and the prices were great! Highly recommend! Would go to her again for any event I have! Thank you!
