I booked my hair and makeup for my WEDDING with Kaylee off of numerous Recommendations. I went through with her and did a hair and makeup trial. The night before my wedding, I texted her details for the next day. To my surprise and horror, she told me she had double booked and would be doing 11 peoples hair and makeup in Hailey and that she couldnt make it. So I was out of luck. My absolute nightmare to try and figure this out at 11pm after I had texted her. So unprofessional- I wouldnt book her for anything important, she committed to me and forgot about me. Never ever going back. If I hadnt texted her, she wouldve been a no show and I would have been even more screwed.

Kristy is amazing! She's been cutting my son's hair for months now and just recently cut my hair. She listened to exactly how I wanted my hair to look. I walked out very, very happy. The bonus is that you get to chat with a fun, friendly, sweet person with no drama! I will be going back again!
