I would like to start off by saying that I have had many different insurances and even had to deal with a different insurance for a previous accident and that experience was a nightmare. I was just involved with another accident and I have to say that Cindy has kept me up to date, tried helping me whenever I've had any type of questions, getting back to me ASAP, and has been there for me even if I was trying to get into contact with another agent to fix my car. Cindy by my standards has gone above and beyond for me every step of the way and I really appreciate it.
