I contacted Eric as a recommended realtor for the Sandpoint/ North Idaho area. We talked and emailed and then the magic began! He has the best tools I have seen to date for "regular people" to be able to search for their dream property in real time. Nikki his assistant also worked with us... within minutes of emailing to help us figure a few things out. We had our list and we met with Eric. We set out to find our new land. Eric has more knowledge than any encyclopedia Britannica that I ever read! He is fun to spend time with and kept us educated on all things Idaho. ( A must). We soon realized that "Our idea" of perfect place was too far off the beaten path and we would become stranded during inclement weather so Eric had a place in mind and BOOM!! Dream property. I don't just recommend Eric from Scenic Idaho Realty... He knows No Idaho, like REALLY knows.. all things and tidbits.. he could be a professional tour guide too! We would consider Eric our first real friend in North Idaho

Eric Craig @ 7B Realtor is THE BEST person I've met in Idaho! BY FAR! He listens to his clients, is responsive to emails and calls, and really focus' on the needs of the client, without pushing them in to something they don't need or can't afford. He knows the area extremely well and has built a network of resources and contacts that he can utilize when searching for the "Just right" piece of property. Eric represented us when we were looking for a retirement property. We live in CA and thought the distance might be an issue, but Eric kept in constant contact with us by sending property listings to narrow down exactly what we were looking for. He walked some of the land we were interested in so that he could report back the pro's and con's to us, and we would then decide if the property was worth the trip north or if we would take a pass on it. Eric was not only the best realtor I've ever met, but now he is a close personal friend of ours. As much as we love the 15 acres we purchased, I treasure his friendship even more. Sincerely, Rob S.
