        A small town business should act like a small town business. If your a local who is just looking for 1 item, don't go there. They don't want your business. Not willing to take the time to do a little work to help you with a tiny project. You must be a big time contractor wanting to bring in a lot of business if you want any kind of positive interaction. They are only in it for the money, NOT the customer relationship.
