Called this company with hopes of getting some help with my hot water tank that wasnt working after a power outage. Cole answered the phone and walked me through step by step what to do to fix it myself. He was very helpful and super nice. Now I have hot water again! Someone give that guy a raise!! In these crazy busy times I never expected to get a plumber in the time frame that I needed one. Not only did Cole answer (I'm still waiting on call backs from all but one other company I tried) he got me in quickly and I can't say enough about him and Tyler. They were profession, incredible, and reasonable. They went above and beyond their jobs as plumbers and I am so thankful for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak in our kitchen sink area and needed someone to quickly fix it. I called Cole and he sent his guy (Tyler) over. He literally arrived in less than an hour since I made the call to Cole. Cole at New World Plumbing saved the day! While trying to replace bathtub fixtures, we broke threads off a pipe behind tile. We couldnt turn our water back on until we got it fixed. After calling several plumbers in town and leaving messages, we saw Cole in his truck driving by our house and flagged him down. He stopped to quickly assess our situation and made room in his schedule to fix it immediately! Nice guy and great service.
