Tara is unbelievably talented, kind, supportive and a wonderful energy! Her skills with MFR are excellent and I would refer her whole heartedly! Im so appreciative of my friend referring me. Tara is so present and insightful, helping not only with my physical issues but with the deep pain I have from losing my son. She creates a safe space to do whatever work is needed. I started seeing Tara about four months ago to address chronic lower back pain. The pain had been worsening since I had given birth to my 1 year old son, and it was beginning to affect my ability to do daily tasks. Over the course of a few months of treatments, I have had significantly decreased pain, and overall feel like my body is finding a sense of ease in movement. I am sleeping better, can pick up and care for my son with little to no pain, dance and do all the physical activities that I love. Tara is professional and incredibly intuitive in her assessment and treatments. When I do have emerging stiffness or pain, the stretches and body work that Tara provided help me tremendously. I highly recommend Tara and MFR, its subtle work that makes a profound difference in the body!

Tara holds a safe and compassionate space and goes above and beyond to serve her clients. She checks in at the beginning of each session and has taken such good notes that she often asks about things that I've already forgotten about. :) I started working with Tara about 6 months ago to help with chronic fatigue, pain, and autoimmune issues, and I feel better than I have in a long, long time. In fact, I no longer need the weekly massage and physical therapy appointments that I had been doing for the past several years. I highly recommend Tara. Her work really makes a difference.
