        I would highly recommend Mark and Sandpoint Realty to anybody looking in the North Idaho area. He spent all day with us driving us to multiple properties. When we found the perfect one, he guided us through the entire purchase process and was extremely helpful. In the future, I would not use anybody else!

      Hello, I am guessing you are now quite happy to have the sale of your North Idaho home behind your prior to the winter having hit. While mild overall we did have a couple of brutal cold fronts. I want to thank you also for all your prompt communications thru-out the transaction. Out of state can be difficult at best sometimes and you all made it all happen quite smoothly.       Roxanne, can not help but think about you with spring just around the corner. I am guessing you have all kinds of plans for turning the house and land into your 'home and paradise'.
