        I was really feeling let down today. The lady that was on the phone was very short and curt with me. I really had no idea how to help my mom and was asking for help. I was basically hung up on with a short curt we don’t do that over the phone. But did not give me clear instructions on what I was to do with our portable that was not working.

        They seem to have no interest in backing their product when I have had a problem. Their answer is a rudely stated "take your problem to somewhere else."
