A large company with lots of new employees and poorly trained people in the field due to rapid growth. Aggressive marketing strategies have produced suspiciously large number of good reviews. Always readily available because locals who know the truly reputable HVAC contractors avoid TM. Currently their biggest clients are people who are new to the area and in a hurry to get work done, regardless of quality or cost. Took a few years to fully access the HVAC scene in the area, so just trying to be helpful. Unfortunately, the best HVAC guys in the area work on referral only and cant be found on the internet

We purchased a propane heater 7 weeks ago. The wrong furnace was ordered, with 4 different attempts to coble it together. It ran so hot it started to discolor the flooring, ruined the harness and gas valve. After being hot wired by a technician it quit for the 4th time. We were told that they would replace it and do a temporary repair. The proper furnace has not been ordered. The part for the temporary fix is in, but no communication on the installment. I call every day and receive the same scenario of messages being passed on to people that ignore them. No one calls back as they say. It sure was different when I drove a check for the furnace down to Hayden, they practically met us in the parking lot. So why has the replacement furnace not been ordered? Why aren't we a priority for the temporary repair? Why are we being blown off, with phone calls and messages ignored? I have Zero confidence in the service of this company.

From the original service call with Edson, to Matt in Sales, to the two installers - Justin and Mitchell, our experience with Trademark was stellar. Each employee that came to our home was professional, personable and efficient. They got us back up and running quickly. Great job Trademark

Trademark mechanical got to us quickly when our heater went out. Had to order a part, but got our heater running in the meantime. We received a call from their office afterwards offering the use of electric heaters. Outstanding.

My heat went out 9 days ago. Trademark came to fix it the next day at 771.00 but failed to connect it to the thermostat so it was over 90 degrees when I got home. Not good. Met with the comfort advisor and was assured timeliness is key, as is cleanliness and no smell of smoke. None of that happened; each day I had to clean Freon the door to each workplace. Every appointment besides the comfort advisor were late or even delayed a day because there werent enough techs. Fast forward, 2 furnaces, 1 tankless water heater and 21,000.00 dollars later, my floor is has water in the studs, under my laminate flooring, under the wall and under my bathroom flooring and ruined two boxes of expensive flooring. I have taken extended time from working to adjust to their schedule. This is completely not okay, and I have two cutouts in my ceiling and nobody knows about it from trademark but was promised they will fix it. Not okay. The good, the crews have all been very nice. I hate to post this review because I really do like all who worked on getting my house heated butbad financial judgment.
