RUDE. Both teachers and students I know are afraid to go in and talk to the NIC ladies. They say every time they go in there they hate it because theyre so awful. In my experience the lady on the left is always nice, but Alissa Pinkerton acts as if your invading her personal space in her house, instead of greeting professionally. She is always very, rude. She acts like you gave her a hard time from go and is overly fake - nice. Scary and uncalled for every time.

The front desk team here is always friendly in my experience. I'm always greeted with a smile. They're open and helpful. I go here to take my exams, and on occasion to have a quiet place to study when my home gets too busy and loud. The internet can be a bit unstable at times which is my only complaint. It's a beautiful old building and the premises are always clean.
