Since moving back to Sandpoint 7 years ago, my family and friends have purchased 8 cars from Craig at Chosen Motors. Some older some newer. I have had some bad, dishonest experiences in the past with car salesmen and let me tell you, Craig is the exception! His unfaltering honesty, knowledge of his vehicles and fair prices are second to NONE! I recommend him to every single person I know looking for a vehicle. When problems arise with a vehicle (which happens because vehicles are not magic), Craig drops everything and comes to the rescue with options and solutions. I trust him more than anyone Ive ever purchased anything from. Well be buying another car from him as soon as my daughter is driving.

Fantastic Dealer! My wife and I just bought a 2003 Subaru WRX from Chosen Motors and we could not be happier! They offer prompt and courteous service and they operate on a set of value I have never before seen in a car dealership. They truly are the "other" kind of dealers! I highly recommend buying your new vehicle here! :)

BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Watch out for these people!! They come off as very honest and good people. They like to talk about their faith and heavy involvement in their church. I thought it would be great to buy a car locally, especially from another Christian. BIG MISTAKE! I bought a car from Chosen Motors a few months ago. So did my best friend. The owner took a great deal of time and care going over EVERY INCH of the car. He told me what had been fixed, what should be fixed, and showed me every minor cosmetic flaw. The car had high miles, but I was okay with it since I just needed a good vehicle for harsh conditions. I should have had it inspected first. But again- this guy really had me going!! He said he would never lie or cheat, and that the "Bible is always his default". I had it inspected the day after I bought it. Everything was in the clear. He appeared to be honest. HOWEVER, a few days later I had a MAJOR problem. I had to dump $1500 into the car IMMEDIATELY!!! A week or two later, I found out that the transmission is going!!! To make matters worse, the owners would not respond to any of my texts or phone calls! Then their loud mouth son goes around town laughing about how his family "just sold me a piece of junk". Chosen Motors dishonesty and outright lies has cost my family dearly. I put my trust and faith in these people and they stole my money and walked all over me! Then they laughed about it later (or at least their 20 year old son did). The exact same scenario happened to my best friends! The car passed inspection, then had serious failures in a very short period of time. They are now over $2500!! And someone they know had the same problems from Chosen Motors!! Our mechanic said they have been seeing cars come out of Chosen Motors all with the same M. O.; the cars pass inspection, then days later fall apart at the seams. CHOSEN MOTORS IS FIXING THE THINGS THAT AN INSPECTION WILL CATCH! THERE ARE MAJOR, MAJOR THINGS WRONG WITH THESE VEHICLES THAT CANNOT BE CAUGHT UNLESS MAJOR COMPONENTS ARE TORN APART- Like the transmission, axles, engine parts and so on. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY! THEY ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING BAD CARS!! PLEASE BEWARE! EVEN TWO MAJOR CAR REPAIR BUSINESSES IN TOWN ARE SAYING TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
