The hotel apparently uses extremely shady third parties to book rooms. I needed to cancel my reservation (within the stated policy) and there was no option to cancel on the confirmation email that I was sent which was the only communication. I emailed the email included in the reservation several times and never got a response. I called the hotel directly and was told there was nothing they could do, I am sorry but as a business you are culpable for the practices of shady business's you partner with........
I would absolutely not trust booking online with this hotel.

I stayed here one night. The person who helped me check in was very rude. I was charged twice for my stay I tried to call the hotel as settle it before I opened a dispute on the purchase. The person whom I talked to was extremely rude about the situation and hung up on me. I did not feel safe in this room. I could see light coming into the room from the outside door. It was not secure. Things happen but when I tried to resolve the situation they did not do anything to help.
