Three Bears Inn

What a lovely little place! I was just stopping for a night but I wish I had more time to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities were plentiful, and the price is bar none! Highly recommend if you find yourself needing a place to stay in this area.

This is my third stay here and each time I stay I have a fantastic experience! I have stayed in the one bedroom cottage apartment, which contrary to the review by "Roman" was a fantastic little place. It's rustic in design, but private and provides everything you need and more! Full size bed in the loft is comfortable and NO SIGN OF BUGS ANYWHERE! Honestly, some people! Full breakfast options provided: bread, bagels, multiple cereals, bananas, milk, juice, and yogurt! Very impressive! Out of all the private apartments I have reserved, NONE have been sparkling clean nor provided any sort of breakfast options other than prepackaged coffee. This place is fantastic! I have also stayed in their 2 bedroom basement apartment which is also spacious, sparkling clean, and sleeps 6-7 very comfortably. It's cool in the summer and if you happen to get too cold, just turn on the gas fireplace, which is great for ambience too! The beds are super comfortable and breakfast options are also provided. The owners provide easy to follow check in instructions and respond very quickly if anything is needed. I have also stayed in one of their private rooms and have to say it was WAY better than any hotel experience, and much cleaner too! Their kids (which double as staff) are extremely helpful and entertaining, and very well behaved. Great value!

My wife and I stayed at the three bears inn for a night. This place is super clean, warm, and inviting. In addition, our host is kind and generous. I will give this inn 10 stars only if I could. We truly enjoy our stay and so will you!!

First of all it was NOT mentioned in their listing that we would be spending a week in a basement. The pictures listed are not of the basement, they're of the first floor where their friends stayed. It's possible the first floor might of cost more than $740 a week or 5 days, that wasn't mentioned either. It was noisy and loud down below where we were. Also very warm with no air circulation other than a window and a small floor fan. Almost forgot to mention be careful Not to fall off the seat when reaching for toilet paper you tend to lean a little, and the sink also moves. Also don't forget your can of Raid and fly swatter for the spiders, especially when they crawl across your face while sleeping!
