I feel like you could tell her what you want and give her a blank signed check and she would find you the best deal, save you money and meet all your expectations, and then surpass them! She is conscious of your needs, your hopes, and carries you through not just the sell, but your entire experience. She has an uncanny ability to recognize and accommodate the needs you dont even realize you have, until theyre seen. It is not about a paycheck to her. She works hard for you as though you are her only and highest priority. I wish I could clone her and send her all over the country to find homes for all my kids and friends. Melissa is EXCELLENT! She helped us buy our first house, and then a few years later helped us get a steal of a deal on a new house! Then she sold our house in less than a month, and got us into our new one! She is truly amazing and so great to work with
