Super cool people, the two guides were professionals and funny during the 7 zip lanes. The adventure is very good, shorts, longs, slows and fast zip lanes, and pretty nice view of the snake river and mountains from the highs. I totally recommend this place

I went with friends once this week, and once 3 years ago. Both times were amazing and so much fun! It is a safe and exciting adventure, the only thing holding me back from going again and again is the cost! It is such a great view so make sure to bring your phones so you can take pictures. You'll also want extra water, and sunscreen. Don't worry they give you a little drawstring bag with water in it to hold all your stuff. I am bummed that I didn't get to race this time or go on the tower. If you get to, it's super fun! The guides are pretty great too, they are kind and hilarious! Our guides this time were Dooley, Kate, Madsen, and Brandon. It's way too hard to pick a favorite! Little did they know that half way into the tour I was on the verge of a panic attack (social anxiety problems), and EACH ONE helped to put me at ease by making me laugh and including me so I felt like an important part of the group. The whole staff was so kind and fun to be around. Thank you for hiring such upbeat and helpful employees! I can't recommend Heise Zip enough, if you are on the fence, get off it and make this trip, you won't regret it! Hopefully I'll get to come back again soon! Hands down the best thing we did in Idaho Falls. They crew was SO FUNNY and very nice. I 1000% reccomend it. The whole staff is just teenagers so youre in good hands LOL. Ok all jokes aside tho they were super professional and I felt very safe with all of them :). If any of u crew members are reading this, I was the person that had the awesome idea of eating a burrito beforehand. Im ok now . Like I said, me and my friends will be back in ten years, and were bringing more people , so we will be expecting to see ugs next time
