        Front desk lady was very nice and professional room 104 bathroom needed clean still door had dust that looks like been there for months

        I could've done a better job at cleaning the room myself. Found hairs and stains all over the bed and not to mention the shower. My child dropped his plush under the bed where I was stunned to find a sticky stain filled with FILTH and PET HAIR! Horrible room service as well. We stayed here in fall of 2023 after a wonderful experience but the place seems to have done a 360 for the worst.
