Teton Sourdough Co.

This was our first time at Teton Sourdough! We had the Mushroom Soup and Tomato Bisque, with a sourdough grilled cheese! We also had a chocolate chip and cowboy cookie which was delicious! They have a variety of drinks options which was nice as well. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the store was super cute! Fair prices and quick wait time. Will definitely be returning

Saw it had high ratings, so I decided to try it. AMAZING I want to go back tomorrow haha. Delicious food and a relaxing place to eat.

I was really ready for some fresh homade sourdough and the bread here is pretty good. I saw an interview with the owner and he mentioned that their sourdough wasn't too strong. I can't figure out why you would open a sourdough restaurant and commit to the product but serve weak sourdough. I guess it scares the locals? Anyway it was much softer and less chewy than I expect from artisinal sourdough and the crust was just too soft. For a white homade bread it was very good. I ordered the tomato soup which seemed the only vegetarian option but it was loaded with cheese which I wasn't expecting. The flavor was good eventhough the soup was underseasoned. It was just a bit flat on flavor, kind of like the bread. I did order two cookies and the peanut butter was very similar to local cookie shop fair, underbaked and underseasoned...BUT THIS SHOP HAS THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE IN THREE STATES. It is exquisite. They use the sourdough overrun and you can detect its magic. It adds complex flavors and a unique body and chew. Plus they actually thoroughly BAKE this cookie. Nice toasty brown edges, caramelized sugar and brown butter flavors with a nice punch of salt. The chocolate was decent but could stand a quality increase to make this cookie a LEGEND. Bravo guys!

Amazing sourdough! I was born and raise in the SF Bay area, and I can honestly say that Teton Sourdough is WAAAAY better than Fisherman's Wharf!!! You have to try it!
