        NEVER returns a call. I have called 8+ times and each time someone has said they will call me back with the info needed and NEVEr received a call. I am not even sure we have insurance. Very disappointed.

        I still call them for insurance even though I'm no longer in Rexburg, because they understand how to work with college and college age customers. Even when it's just a question and I don't need to buy a plan, they're happy to help.
