Best hotel in Rexburg, Mayra at the front desk was amazing. Well be back for sure. Good Buffet Breakfast, clean pool and fitness room.

Cute hotel, serves the purpose. Clean/Cozy. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had multiple items to choose from (eggs/bacon/biscuits and gravy/waffles/muffins/toast/cereal/hashbrowns) Pool area was clean and water was warm. Will stay again!

I recently stayed at the AmericInn by Wyndham Rexburg BYUI and was disappointed with my experience. The rooms were old and in need of repair, with creaky floors and outdated furniture. While the bed was wide and comfortable, the rest of the room felt worn out. The bathroom was also outdated and could use a renovation. The showerhead was weak and the water pressure was poor. The hotel itself looked rundown, with peeling paint and worn-out carpets. The breakfast area was chaotic, with too many people crowding the small space even early in the morning. The selection was also unimpressive, with stale pastries and lukewarm coffee. While the staff was friendly, they didn't seem to be very helpful when it came to addressing our concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It felt like a second-rate motel and I doubt I will be back.
