Rockhouse Dentistry

My family has been going to Rockhouse Dentistry for a few years, and they have always done an excellent job for us until today. The short version is that I was not completely numb while I was getting a filling, and although I let the doctor know and was clearly distressed, he chose to ignore me and finish up. In his defense, it was almost 5:00 and they had taken me back late, so I am sure they were either behind or anxious to leave on time. Whatever the reason, it was a memorably painful experience, and my family will not be returning.

For regular cleanings, they were great, but I would not recommend them for anything else. We were told we needed certain work done and what the cost would be but when we showed up we were told that the cost would be twice as much because they failed to mention other parts of the dental procedure involved. Then after the procedure, they informed us of more required follow-up work that was also not mentioned and yet another cost. Overall just not super honest or informative.

The staff and the dentists at Rockhouse are the best!!Professional, friendly, and really do care about you as a patient.The cleanings and exams that my children and I received were the most thorough I have ever had. I recommend them 10 out of 10!!Visit them for the best dental experience ever!!!

I recommend this place to anyone looking for simple dentist work to a severe smile makeover!! They really listen, adapt to your needs and very professional. I have NEVER visited a dentist office where EVERY single person is so polite like I have here!! If your not a current customer here your missing out!!!

I 100% recommend Rockhouse! My husband was in a lot of pain with one of his molars and Dr Thueson got us in on a Saturday night with an emergency visit and he was soo amazing and kind. So was the assistant! They got us in and out with no problem! I really appreciate them coming in on an emergency to help my husband out.
